Back to School the Healthy Way

As summer comes to an end our thoughts shift to our children heading back to school. The pace picks up; extracurricular activities, homework, carpools, the rush is on!  Yes, busy times are ahead, but it doesn’t mean that you have to reach for processed foods to satisfy your child’s hunger.  In the coming weeks my blog posts will focus on simple nutrient dense recipes, including grab and go foods. I’ll also be providing tips for making the transition from summer to fall a healthy one for you and your children.  Stay tuned!
