This goes out to my local peeps! We’ve got a cooking class scheduled for April 29th and it’s been developed by special request. You have spoken and I listened so this class gets back to basics. We’ll be making a homemade cheese spread, and whipping up healthy versions of ketchup, mayonnaise, and some nutrient dense salad dressings. We will also be making coconut smoothies which are great for snacks or grab and go breakfasts. In addition, we’ll be discussing the basics of pantry staples and how to use them in multiple recipes.
